CANDELARIA, Quezon, Oct. 22 (PIA) -- The Quezon provincial government has allotted P25-million fund for a pipeline installation project in this town.
The pipeline installation project will benefit thousands of residents who have been waiting for a better supply of potable water, Quezon Gov. David Suarez.
The provincial government has also unveiled a separate P7-million waterworks system for this town’s public market. The fund is part of the P55.8 million set aside for expenses from the 20 percent development funds.
Meanwhile, other on-going projects of the provincial government in this town include: concreting of roads worth P11.5 million; the construction of phases 1 and 2 of the municipal hospital worth P7.4 million; repair and construction of public school buildings with a budget of P9 million; and the distribution of farm tools to the farmers of Barangay Masalukot.
